bought a burrito bowl through skip the dishes. everything including the chicken and rice was cold. when i called to explain this to them he said items like the toppings are kept cold. but everything was cold. disappointed
As far as I know it is kept hot but it probably got cold cuz it was an online order so there's a time lag between when it's made and when it is delivered to your door step.
